Easter 2011

Clearly keeping up with a Blog is something that I am not good at.  I like to read other peoples blogs and keep up with their family's activities.... but.... it is hard for me to make the time.  Not surprising considering I have not even started a Baby Book for poor Camille and she just celebrated her 3rd birthday!  And I have no clue why this picture is so small.... I will look into it at a later time.... don't hold your breath.  :)  Anyways.... not going to try to catch up since New Years 2010 which was my last post.... instead start from Easter 2011!  We spent Easter in Tallahassee with Nana and all the other Tallahassee family.  The weekend went by way too fast but we had fun dying and hunting eggs and eating way too much candy!  Camille was adorable hunting eggs, every one she found was exciting and she could not wait to see what was inside.  She is at that perfect age to seize every moment... and I just love that!

2010

Happy 2010!
This year I am going to try to keep up with the blog this year.
It is one of those projects that I like to do but gets overlooked!

No promises, but I will try Julia!  :)

Going to see Santa

Going to see Santa is always something I dread.  Why?  I don't know.  Maybe because I work so hard getting all the kids dressed in their Christmas clothes and then I always struggle to get the perfect Santa picture.  Nathan has hated seeing Santa the three previous year.  But this year he talked and talked about taking his list to Santa.  To my AMAZEMENT he marched right up there and was eager to tell him about all his accomplishments the past year.  He took up a lot of Santa's time!  He also wanted to go many many times this year.  My SWEET Madeline was confident and shy all at the same time.  She was very precise and clear about her list, she covered every detail... right down to the color accessories she wanted each Barbi to come with.   And then there was Camille, she wanted NOTHING to do with the bearded stranger!  NOTHING!  The best picture I could get was her sitting on a stool near Santa, but she still was not a happy camper!  Nana, Oma, and Opa came along to help.  The whole time I was torturing Camille she was screaming for Opa to rescue her!  She ran over to him and told him to "GO!" as soon as I got the picture.  Santa has come and gone, Christmas was lots of fun with three little ones.  Maybe next year I will get the perfect Santa picture!
